All Eyes on Puyallup: Meet the Playoff Finale’s Top 8 Tie-Down Ropers
Meet the top tie-down ropers who qualified for Puyallup's short round during the Cinch Playoff Series in 2023.

At the Washington State Fair in Puyallup, Washington, two pools of athletes battled it out over the past three days of tie-down roping competition, and these are the top eight who will take on the two rounds of the finals on Sunday, September 10.

The first round will feature all eight cowboys, and the final four—who will automatically earn an exemption into the Sioux Falls Governor’s Cup—will compete for a top payout of $13,000.
