The Patriot Fort Worth kicks off for tie-down ropers Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at the Will Rogers Coliseum. Under new management, the event promises a fresh perspective and an array of improvements from the Equine Network.

New this year in the 15 & Under and 12 & Under, 10 contestants will advance from the Semifinals instead of five like in previous years.

How does the Hooey Jr. Patriot work?

Jr Patriot Last Chance Qualifiers are ran as a sidepot, and the results will be figured on your time in the main roping. Each Qualifier offers different events and age divisions, so enter the main roping before entering the sidepot. Anyone within the age limits can enter the ropings, but if you want a last chance at advancing to the Semifinals, you must enter the Last Chance sidepot.
